Connect QuickBooks Online. Forecast from the books you keep.

FinHelm reads the QuickBooks Online company you authorize and uses that accounting data when it builds a forecast.

The connection is read only. FinHelm does not create, edit, or delete anything in QuickBooks. You approve access on Intuit's screen, and FinHelm never sees your QuickBooks password. Your FinHelm account is separate from the QuickBooks Online connection.

Your accounting data

Accounts and transactions from the QuickBooks Online company you choose. FinHelm does not create, edit, or delete anything in QuickBooks.

Direction

Read only

Data moves from QuickBooks Online to FinHelm. FinHelm does not write back to QuickBooks. Connecting does not by itself produce a forecast.

Sign-in

A separate account

You sign in to FinHelm with your FinHelm account. Connecting QuickBooks Online is a separate step inside Settings. FinHelm does not sign you in with Intuit.

    Create your FinHelm account

    Create an account, or log in if you already have one.

  2. 02

    Connect QuickBooks Online

    In FinHelm, open Settings → Accounting connection and select Connect to QuickBooks.

    Authorize on Intuit's screen

    Choose your company and approve read access. FinHelm never sees your QuickBooks password. The connection itself does not produce a forecast.

Your FinHelm login stays yours
You sign in to FinHelm with your FinHelm account. Connecting QuickBooks Online is a separate step inside Settings.
End the connection in the app
From Settings → Accounting connection you can end the connection. FinHelm is then not currently authorized to read new QuickBooks Online data. What the disconnect page says
